Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of in-hospital Endoscopy RN experience (GI nurse / procedural RN)
• Active RN license (state-required)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Scheduling flexibility; block scheduling not routinely accommodated
• Preferred: Pulmonary procedural experience
• Experience with Olympus scopes & processors, ION, Olympus US machine, and ERBE
• Familiar with Cerner and Provation EMR systems

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care across Pre-Op, Procedure, and PACU areas in the Endoscopy unit
• Assist with and support procedures including EBUS, Bronchoscopy, ION, EGD, Colonoscopy, EUS, and ERCP
• Float to Main PACU, Phase II, Pre-Op, or OR as needed (if prior experience)
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and rigorous clinical standards during all procedures
• Demonstrate adaptability and strong teamwork in a fast-paced endoscopy environment

Technical & System Skills (Endoscopy)

• Proficiency with endoscopy equipment: Olympus systems, ION platform, ERBE electrosurgical units
• Familiarity with Cerner and Provation documentation and workflow for GI procedures
• Knowledge of peri-procedural monitoring, sedation protocols, and PACU recovery
