Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) in a hospital or acute care setting
- Current ARRT certification (or equivalent state licensure)
- Experience in one or more modalities: Vascular, MRI, CT, DEXA, or Diagnostic Radiology (CT technologist, MRI technologist experience welcome)
- Familiarity with PACS/DICOM systems and radiology documentation preferred
- Ability to work full-time, 8-hour day shifts
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
- Commitment to radiation safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures per physician orders and hospital protocols
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain radiologic equipment safely and efficiently
- Position patients accurately and provide compassionate support during imaging procedures
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records, imaging logs, and documentation in electronic health records and PACS
- Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and departmental quality assurance programs
