Travel Radiologic Technologist – Angiography/Interventional Radiology in Savannah, GA. ARRT?certified Angio/IR Tech with ICU/ER and critical care experience needed for a 13-week travel assignment at a Level 1 Trauma and Certified Stroke Center.
Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030 – $2,190
- Location: Savannah, GA 31404 — Savannah healthcare, Georgia travel jobs, and coastal living near the historic district
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 13, 2026 – July 13, 2026)
- Shift: 4 x 10-hour day shifts per week (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) with call
- Setting: Heart and Vascular Tower – Angiography/IR Labs (3 labs: 2 IR, 1 Hybrid OR)
- Role Type: Travel Radiologic Technologist / Interventional Radiology Technologist / Angio Tech
Qualifications (Radiologic Technologist • ARRT • IR Tech)
- Minimum 1 year recent experience as a Radiologic Technologist in Angiography/Interventional Radiology and critical care (ICU/ER)
- Current ARRT (RTR) certification required
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- Comfort working in a high-acuity Level 1 Trauma and Certified Stroke Center
- Ability to work collaboratively within a 3–4 person team (Lead Tech, RN, ARRT/RTR, RCIS)
- Familiarity with EPIC Cupid documentation system preferred
- Prior travel allied health or hospital Radiology jobs experience is a plus
Responsibilities (Interventional Radiology • Angio Procedures)
- Perform advanced Angio/IR procedures: Permcath, Port placement, Thrombectomy, Atherectomy, TVAR, TIPS, EVAR, PE interventions, Stroke interventions, and Trauma procedures
- Manage critical care drips (gtt) and provide one-to-one high-quality patient care for ICU/ER patients
- Operate and assist with advanced imaging and devices: IVUS, Shockwave, AngioJet, JetStream
- Assist in Hybrid OR cases and complex endovascular procedures following sterile technique and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EPIC Cupid and standard imaging reports
- Participate in call rotation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Adhere to professional dress code: navy blue and black for Technologists
