Travel CT Technologist Job Details
- Location: Charleston, SC 29406 (Charleston, South Carolina)
- Position: CT Technologist / Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist – Travel Assignment
- Setting: Hospital – Main Campus, CT Unit (hospital imaging / radiology)
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 27, 2026)
- Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), Friday–Sunday; includes holiday and call rotation
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,730 – $1,860
- Hours per Week: 36
- On-site: On-site hospital position (no remote)
Required Qualifications – CT Technologist / CT Tech
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist or CT Tech in a hospital or acute care setting
- Current ARRT(R)(CT) certification (ARRT CT)
- Current CPR certification (BLS preferred)
- SCRQSA certification
- Proficiency with GE 64 Rev Evo and GE 128 Rev Evo CT equipment
- Ability to document accurately in Meditech (electronic medical record)
- Willingness to follow hospital dress code (gray scrubs required)
Primary Responsibilities – Medical Imaging / Radiology
- Perform CT imaging for trauma, stroke, emergency department, and inpatient exams with a focus on high-quality diagnostic images
- Operate advanced GE CT scanners (GE 64 Rev Evo, GE 128 Rev Evo) and apply radiation safety best practices
- Collaborate with radiologists, ER staff, and multidisciplinary teams to support timely patient care
- Adhere to hospital policies and participate in weekend, holiday, and call rotations as scheduled
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Meditech and support quality assurance initiatives
- Uphold patient safety, infection control, and departmental quality standards in a fast-paced hospital environment
