Travel Nurse Job Details
- Location: Boston, MA 02114 (Boston healthcare / Massachusetts nursing jobs)
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (June 7, 2026 – September 5, 2026)
- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Hours per Week: 36 or 48 hours (guaranteed 36 hours)
- Schedule: Every other weekend and holidays required
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 – $2,130 (estimated travel nurse pay)
- Employment Type: Travel / Travel RN / Travel Nurse
Qualifications / Job Requirements
- Active RN license with Emergency Room specialty (ER RN / ED nurse)
- Minimum 4 years of RN experience required
- At least 1 year of travel nursing experience in a Level I Trauma Center
- Must have last name beginning with A-L (see additional order for M-Z)
- Ability to work nights, every other weekend, and holidays
- Completion of all required compliance, health, and background screenings prior to start
Emergency Department RN Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department (ED)
- Assess, triage, and prioritize emergent patient care needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, ED techs, respiratory therapy) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the medical record
- Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions as needed
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
