• End Date: July 18, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) — Night shift Telemetry RN role
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 – $2,010 (competitive travel nurse pay)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active RN license (Massachusetts or compact state) — RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent telemetry nursing experience or clinical telemetry experience
• BLS (AHA) required
• Telemetry certification preferred (cardiac telemetry certification)
• Ability to pass facility-specific medication and dysrhythmia exams
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation preferred
• Submission of required documentation: resume, references, skills checklist, license verification
• Completion of onboarding health and background screenings

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients on the medical telemetry unit, including continuous cardiac monitoring and recognition of dysrhythmias
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV medication administration per facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, cardiology, respiratory therapy) to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, telemetry findings, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff while following hospital policies and telemetry unit protocols
