• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,040 – $2,150 (competitive travel nurse pay)

Job Requirements

• Active RN license (Emergency Room specialty preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience (acute care/triage experience preferred)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend
• Compliance with onboarding requirements: health screenings, background check, competency testing, and required immunizations
• Comfortable documenting and charting in electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Perform rapid assessment, triage, and ongoing monitoring of patients with a range of acute and emergent conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per provider orders and ED protocols
• Provide trauma-informed care and assist with stabilization of critically ill or injured patients
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the multidisciplinary care team
• Document patient care accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up resources
• Maintain a safe, organized ED environment and adhere to hospital policies and infection control standards
