Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Active RN license (Emergency Room specialty required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing (ED nurse / ER RN) experience
• Ability to manage ED and inpatient hold RN ratios and variable patient acuity
• Current BLS certification
• Compliance with onboarding health and professional requirements (fit test, drug screen, immunizations, background check, competency testing)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department as an ER RN / Emergency Department nurse
• Assess, triage, and treat patients with a wide range of acute medical and trauma-related conditions
• Perform rapid assessments, prioritize care, and adapt to changing patient acuity
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation, electronic health records (EHR), and uphold patient confidentiality
