- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) — night shift / 12-hour night shifts

Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Active RN license (Emergency Room specialty required)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing (ED nurse / ER RN) experience
- Ability to manage ED and inpatient hold RN ratios and variable patient acuity
- Current BLS certification
- Compliance with onboarding health and professional requirements (fit test, drug screen, immunizations, background check, competency testing)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department as an ER RN / Emergency Department nurse
- Assess, triage, and treat patients with a wide range of acute medical and trauma-related conditions
- Perform rapid assessments, prioritize care, and adapt to changing patient acuity
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation, electronic health records (EHR), and uphold patient confidentiality
