• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,420 - $2,550 (competitive travel nursing pay)

• Shift: 10-hour day shifts (06:30 – 17:00); 40 hours per week
• Call Requirement: Evenings, holidays, and weekends (call coverage)
• Clinical Setting: Five state-of-the-art Operating Room suites; perioperative & surgical services

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room RN or perioperative nursing experience
• Active New Hampshire RN license (compact/reciprocal licensure considered if applicable)
• BLS certification required
• Willingness to be trained and cross-train for ENT, cataract removal, and C-section surgeries
• Experience working with RN First Assists, CSTs, and multidisciplinary surgical teams

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative patient care as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for inpatient and outpatient surgical cases
• Support surgical services including orthopedic, trauma, ENT, cataract removal, and C-sections
• Maintain a 1:1 RN-to-patient ratio during surgical procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Perform sterile technique, instrument handling, patient positioning, and intraoperative monitoring
• Collaborate with RN first assists, CSTs, anesthetists, surgeons, and other perioperative staff
• Participate in call coverage for evenings, holidays, and weekends as required
