As a Homecare RN / Home Health Nurse, you will provide compassionate, skilled nursing in patients' homes across the Philadelphia suburbs. Job Details

• Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA (serving 19140 & 19139 zip codes; Philadelphia suburbs)
• Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health / Homecare
• Employment Type: Local, On-Site
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Hours per Week: 40 (5 shifts per week, 8-hour days)
• Start Date: May 13, 2026
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,270 – $2,390
• Schedule Note: Weekend rotation required (1 weekend every 4 weeks)

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Minimum 1 year of recent homecare or home health nursing experience
• OASIS experience required — applications without OASIS experience will not be considered
• EPIC (EPIC EMR) experience required for patient charting and communication
• Must be local and able to commute within 30–40 minutes to the 19140 and 19139 zip codes

Responsibilities – Homecare / Home Health Nurse

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes following individualized home health care plans
• Complete OASIS documentation accurately and in a timely manner to support quality homecare outcomes
• Use EPIC for all patient charting, care coordination, and interdisciplinary communication
• Collaborate with case managers, therapists, physicians, and other team members to ensure comprehensive home health care
• Educate patients and family caregivers on disease processes, medications, wound care, and home safety
• Perform assessments, medication management, skilled procedures, and timely clinical documentation
