Overview
Join a leading 472-bed acute care hospital in Atlantis (Palm Beach County), Florida, as a CT Technologist / Computed Tomography Technologist. This travel CT technologist role is based in a busy hospital radiology department known for excellence in cardiovascular care, neuroscience, oncology, orthopedics, bariatrics and women’s services. Work with advanced GE CT scanners and a multidisciplinary clinical team in this teaching facility.

- Location: Atlantis, FL 33462 – South Florida / Palm Beach County
- Assignment Type: Travel (13-week assignment)
- Setting: Hospital – Acute Care Radiology Department
- Start Date: April 20, 2026
- End Date: July 20, 2026
- Shift: Night shift – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,730 – $1,860
- Call: 4–6 on-call shifts per month (may be on off days)
- Dress Code: Black scrubs (employee provides own)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience as a CT Technologist / Radiologic Technologist
- Current ARRT (CT) certification – required
- Florida Department of Health (DOH) license
- BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Strong communication skills, patient care skills, and anatomical knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate mechanical aptitude in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Preferred: Experience with GE CT equipment and Meditech EMR
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CT scanners and perform high-quality computed tomography studies (head, chest, abdomen, body scans)
- Obtain and produce detailed diagnostic images of bones, organs and soft tissues for radiologist interpretation
- Perform routine X-rays and assist with MRI protocols as needed in the radiology department
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses and technologists to ensure excellent patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and document imaging studies in Meditech EMR
- Participate in on-call rotation and adhere to hospital safety and radiation protection standards
- Provide compassionate patient communication and ensure patient comfort during procedures
