• Shift: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (8-hour shifts)
• Hours per Week: 40 (Weekly hour guarantee: 32 hours; workload supports 40 hours)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 – $2,230
• Dress Code: Casual professional or scrubs
• Travel: Mileage reimbursed between patient visits (from first to last patient)
• On Call/Weekend Requirement: None (flexibility to switch days for valid reasons)

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in Massachusetts (required)
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher
• Minimum 1 year of homecare nursing or home health RN experience
• OASIS documentation experience required (home health clinical documentation)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and family education
• Reliable transportation for travel between patient homes

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes following individualized home health care plans
• Complete accurate and timely OASIS documentation and clinical charting
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, social work)
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and home safety
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards for homecare nursing
• Maintain productivity expectations (26 points in 32 hours; 33 points in 40 hours)
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build positive relationships with patients and families
