Job Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Hawaii
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department (ED) or ER RN experience
• Current nursing license and credentials
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and nights
• Strong communication, triage, and critical thinking skills for acute care settings

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages in a busy ED
• Triage, assess, and monitor patients—prioritizing care based on acuity
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and rapidly changing patient conditions
