Job Details

• Location: Vineland, NJ 08360 (Cumberland County, Southern New Jersey)
• Job Title: Patient Care Technician (PCT) / Clinical Support
• Setting: Hospital — acute care, bedside patient care
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $710 – $760
• Hours per Week: 36
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
• Scrub Color: Steel Grey
• Travel/Float: Reliable transportation required; may float between Vineland and Elmer facilities

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNA, CMA, or PCT in an acute care or hospital setting
• Certified as a CNA, PCT, or CMA (one certification required)
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Patient bedside experience including taking vital signs and basic clinical assessments
• Ability to complete all orientation requirements (virtual and in-person)
• Reliable transportation for potential floating between facilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist licensed nursing staff with basic patient needs
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, comfort, and safety
• Maintain clean, safe patient rooms and clinical areas to support infection control
• Follow direction from registered nurses and support multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Float between Vineland and Elmer hospital locations as needed to meet staffing needs
• Participate in all required training and orientation to ensure high-quality hospital patient care
