Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a healthcare or patient-facing administrative role (medical receptionist, patient service coordinator, or clinical admin)
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) highly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven organizational abilities
• Reliable commute to Philadelphia, PA (19104) — local candidates preferred
• Available to complete a 4-day (32-hour) EMR training: Tuesday–Friday, 9am–5pm
• Must begin compliance process and medical/drug screening within 72 hours of offer acceptance

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk for patients, families, and visitors — professional customer service for hospital patients
• Manage efficient patient check-in and check-out processes and patient registration tasks
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using EMR/EPIC systems
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation in the electronic medical record
• Support daily administrative operations to ensure smooth clinic and unit workflow
• Coordinate with clinical staff to facilitate patient flow and timely communication
