• Setting: Hospital / Diagnostic Imaging / Radiology Department
• Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Shift Duration: 8 Hour Nights
• Shifts per Week: 5
• Hours per Week: 40
• No On-Call | No Friday or Saturday Shifts
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: June 1, 2026

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an X-ray Technologist / Radiologic Technologist in a hospital setting
• Valid X-ray Tech certification/license for New Jersey (e.g., ARRT or state-recognized credential preferred)
• Ability to work independently on night shifts and manage diagnostic imaging workflows
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to patient safety and radiation safety protocols
• Excellent communication, patient care, and teamwork skills with physicians, nurses, and radiology staff

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging and radiography procedures for hospital patients
• Ensure accurate documentation of imaging studies and maintain patient records in accordance with hospital protocols
• Safely operate and maintain radiology equipment; follow ALARA and infection control practices
• Provide compassionate patient care and support during imaging procedures, including portable/bedside X-rays as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical team members to deliver timely diagnostic imaging services
• Adhere to hospital policies, regulatory standards, and quality assurance processes for radiology
