Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room (ER) nursing or acute care experience
• BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• ACLS certification preferred
• Strong triage, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, team-oriented emergency department

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients across all ages and acuity levels
• Assess, triage, stabilize, and monitor patients with acute and critical conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered and document per policy
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
• Perform accurate and timely electronic medical record (EMR) documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, care plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up
