• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Start Date: June 16, 2026
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 – $2,130
• Schedule: Every other weekend & every other holiday required
• Floating: Required between RMC and Hopewell campuses; will float to any MST unit or ED Holds as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent MST or ER nursing experience required (triage, acute care, ED Holds experience preferred)
• Active New Jersey (NJ) RN license or Compact RN license at time of submission
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Flu vaccine required (no declinations accepted)
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred (EMR documentation and charting skills)
• Professional appearance required: navy blue scrubs

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room and MST units, including ED Holds and acute/triage care
• Float between RMC and Hopewell campuses and across MST/ED Holds as needed (float pool nursing)
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans for emergency and acute patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, advanced practice providers, techs, and ancillary services) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Cerner EMR and adhere to charting standards
• Follow hospital policies including attendance, shift make-up requirements, and infection control protocols
