• Location: Harrison Township, New Jersey (08062) — South Jersey / Greater Philadelphia commute
• Role: Emergency Department Nurse / ER RN (Travel Nurse)
• Start Date: June 8, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks (contract nursing assignment)
• Hours per Week: 48
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,790 – $2,930
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend or 3 per month (depending on unit needs)
• Holiday Requirement: None
• RTO: No more than 3 days accepted
• Scheduling Notes: Block scheduling/special requests not available

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) experience required — high-volume/fast-paced ER experience preferred
• BSN required
• At least one completed travel nursing contract required (previous travel nurse experience preferred)
• Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications (must be valid and not expiring within 30 days of submission)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a busy Emergency Department/ER setting
• Rapidly assess, triage, and prioritize patient care for medical, trauma, and cardiac emergencies
• Provide advanced life support and emergency interventions in accordance with ACLS/PALS/NIHSS protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Accurate, timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and discharge/transfer plans in the EMR
• Participate in required orientation activities (virtual and in-person) and complete mandatory HealthStream modules and badge appointments
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards
