Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU RN experience (intensive care, critical care)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record (EPIC EMR) required
• Previous travel or contract nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work every other weekend (EOW)
• Must be able to work all 3 scheduled shifts per week, even with requested time off
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania or a compact RN license accepted
• Critical care certification (CCRN) is a plus/preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Provide patient and family education, emotional support, and clear communication about care goals
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, evidence-based practices, and critical care standards
