• Location: Pennington, New Jersey 08534
• Healthcare Setting: CC/ICU Float RN; primary unit IMU at Hopewell; may float to RMC and other applicable units including MST as needed
• Start Date: 7/13/2026
• Contract Duration: 8-week contract
• Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 12-hour nights, 3 shifts per week, 36 hours per week
• Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every other weekend and every other holiday
• EMR: Cerner
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• 2+ years of current ICU Registered Nurse and MST experience required
• Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Ability to work in a float pool nursing environment and adapt to changing unit needs
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts without block scheduling or special accommodations

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the primary IMU assignment at Hopewell and in other assigned units as needed
• Float to RMC and other applicable inpatient units, including MST, based on staffing and patient care needs
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition with urgency and accuracy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe, effective patient care
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with clinical standards
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in Cerner electronic medical record (EMR)
• Support continuity of care during nights, weekends, and holiday rotations
