• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Shifts Per Week: 3 shifts per week
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,860 - $1,960
• Openings: 3
• Schedule Notes: Every other weekend required; no special schedule requests

Job Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania RN license
• Minimum 2 years of registered nurse experience
• At least 1 full year of recent Emergency Department RN experience
• Independent experience in a high-acuity emergency room or ED setting
• No new graduates
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS required
• Strong airway and respiratory care experience, including CPAP/BiPAP and mechanical ventilation
• Comfort with RSI medication administration, procedural sedation, chest tube setup and care, and tracheostomy care
• Ability to manage trauma, cardiac, neurologic, medical, surgical, and behavioral health emergencies

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across the lifespan, from infants to geriatric adults
• Assess, triage, and stabilize patients in a busy Emergency Department
• Manage trauma, critical care, and high-acuity emergency cases with confidence
• Provide care for pediatric, NICU/PICU, and inpatient boarder patients held in the ED
• Support airway and respiratory interventions in an independent, hands-on manner
• Collaborate with ED techs, physicians, and the broader healthcare team to maintain safe patient flow
• Maintain professionalism, adaptability, and strong clinical judgment in a fast-moving environment
