Experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse needed for a 13-week contract in Middle Township, NJ. Job Requirements

• 3 years of recent Telemetry RN experience
• Active New Jersey RN license
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Experience with EPIC required
• Ability to float to all like units as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients during night shifts
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, assess patient status, and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe and effective patient care
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EPIC
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
• Float to similar units based on patient care needs and staffing priorities
• Support continuity of care through clear communication during handoff and shift transitions
