Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2090-$2200
• Location: Plainsboro Township, New Jersey
• Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Start Date: 8/4/2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
• Employment Type: Local, on-site

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or compact state eligibility, as applicable
• BSN required
• Strong critical care, bedside assessment, and patient monitoring skills
• Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and every other holiday
• BLS and ACLS may be required in accordance with facility standards

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
• Monitor patient condition, interpret clinical data, and respond quickly to changes in status
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Operate and monitor critical care equipment safely and effectively
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
• Support patients and families with clear communication and compassionate care throughout the treatment process
