• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,730 - $1,820

• Setting: Labor & Delivery unit / women’s health

Job Requirements

• Current RN license and eligibility to work in the state of Colorado
• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• NRP or equivalent obstetric/neonatal resuscitation credential
• WHONN or NCC-EFM preferred
• Meditech experience preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Willingness to precept is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Assist with labor management, C-sections, Pitocin infusions, and magnesium drips
• Support intrauterine resuscitation, ECV, and cerclage-related care as assigned
• Collaborate closely with physicians, charge nurses, scrub techs, and the care team
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and follow unit procedures
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience during high-acuity moments
• Adapt to fluctuating patient ratios while maintaining quality and safety
