• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Hours Per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 - $1,540
• Setting: Medical-Surgical / Orthopedic unit with remote telemetry
• Patient Ratio: 5:1
• EMR: Meditech

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of current Med/Surg RN acute care experience
• Current Colorado RN license or compact RN license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• ACLS preferred
• Meditech experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced acute care environment
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled bedside care to adult Med/Surg and post-operative patients
• Monitor patients on remote telemetry and respond to changes in condition
• Care for patients receiving cardiac drips such as amiodarone, diltiazem, and heparin
• Collaborate with charge nurses, support staff, and the broader healthcare team to deliver safe, quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively using the unit’s EMR system
• Support a positive, energetic unit culture while delivering excellent patient outcomes
