• Weekly Hours: 36 hours
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 - $1,890

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• Experience with telemetry and/or step-down patient care preferred
• Ability to work night shift and maintain a consistent set schedule
• Current required onboarding and compliance documentation as assigned
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a float pool environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg and telemetry patients
• Support step-down unit patients as needed based on staffing and patient acuity
• Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor changes in condition, and respond appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote positive patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and maintain timely clinical records
• Adapt quickly to changing unit needs while delivering dependable patient care
