Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care Emergency Department RN experience
• Active RN license in good standing
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications
• Strong clinical judgment in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency nursing setting
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Team-oriented, motivated, and patient-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to emergency department patients across a variety of acuity levels
• Perform rapid assessments, stabilization, and timely interventions in the ER
• Monitor vital signs, obtain ECGs, and support diagnostic and treatment workflows
• Collaborate with physicians, EMTs, paramedics, and nursing teammates to ensure efficient patient flow
• Respond effectively to changing patient conditions in a busy Emergency Department environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices for quality patient care
