Job Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license in hand
- Minimum 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience preferred
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Current NIHSS certification
- Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend as scheduled
- Flexibility to meet travel nursing assignment expectations
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a neuro-focused acute care setting
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, assess patient status, and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, effective treatment plans
- Administer medications and perform nursing interventions in accordance with established protocols
- Document patient care accurately and maintain clear communication throughout the shift
- Support a safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care environment
