Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of ICU nursing experience
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Current ACLS certification required
  • Strong critical thinking and acute care assessment skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative care environment
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, high-quality bedside care to ICU patients
  • Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
  • Support patient safety initiatives, including care planning and timely communication
  • Participate in handoff reporting and maintain strong attention to detail throughout the shift
