Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of ICU nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Strong critical thinking and acute care assessment skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative care environment
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality bedside care to ICU patients
- Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
- Support patient safety initiatives, including care planning and timely communication
- Participate in handoff reporting and maintain strong attention to detail throughout the shift
