Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience required
• Level 4 NICU experience strongly preferred
• Current RN license in good standing
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and participate in call rotation
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, adaptable attitude
• Experience in a high-acuity neonatal intensive care environment
• Experience with EMR systems such as Meditech and CPN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level 4 NICU setting
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, charge nurses, and support staff
• Assist with neonatal equipment including ventilators, isolette systems, feeding pumps, IV pumps, and breast pumps
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
• Support a team-oriented culture while delivering compassionate, family-centered care
• Adapt to changing patient needs and contribute to safe, efficient unit operations
