Must have to submit:

• Profile, Skills Checklist for NICU AND PICU required, Eval
• All time off request at match. No block scheduling request
• Active certs and license at match 
• No locals candidates will be considered within 100 miles 
• Client is requiring the profile/submission notes to include if they have level 4 exp. Please include this information up front.
• Travel exp Required

Position Details:

• Start Date - ASAP START DATE
• Required Certs: BLS, NRP (AAP only), PALS
• ACLS, STABLE HIGHLY PREFERRED
• 3-5yrs NICU experience required
• Candidate must have Level 3 and 4 NICU experience. 
• Client needs candidates with limited RTO request. 
• This NICU will not be a surgical NICU; however, it is attached to a separate adult hospital with an L&D. (Ventilators, High Frequency Oscillators, High Flow Nasal Cannula,etc. (NICU Care Center) Candidate will need to be comfortable transporting the baby from L&D to NICU.
• Must be strongly skilled nurse, surgical & trach experience, and ability to handle 3 baby assignments, central line care & maintenance, and critical Level IV neonates
• Vent experience preferred
• Ratios: max 3 to 1 ratio, usually 1 to 1 ratio depending on acuity level and background experience
• What Gestation do they admit? 22 weeks and above
• Beds: 60 bed unit
• EMR Used: EPIC
• No specific scrub color
• Floating outside the NICU will be required if census drops or needed by the facility. (Any Unit) PICU and CICU included
• Timekeeping - Kronos
