• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,430 - $2,550
• Schedule Notes: 3 out of 4 weekends required; no call requirement
• Floating: May float between two nearby Labor & Delivery locations based on need

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• 2+ years of circulating C-section experience required
• Active Indiana RN license or compact RN license required
• BLS through AHA required
• ACLS through AHA required
• NRP certification required
• STABLE certification required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based maternity care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care for laboring patients throughout the birthing process
• Support vaginal deliveries and cesarean deliveries in an acute care hospital setting
• Deliver nursing care for couplet care and postpartum patients as needed
• Circulate C-sections and assist with operative deliveries
• Monitor fetal status and collaborate with the care team using fetal monitoring systems
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
• Administer medications safely using hospital medication systems
• Work closely with charge nurses and fellow L&D RNs to support patient flow and quality outcomes
