- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,640 - $1,730
- Scheduling: 4 weekend shifts per schedule
- Floating: Rotation-based floating as needed

- Patient Ratio: 6:1
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of Med/Surg nursing or orthopedic nursing experience required
- Strong orthopedic background preferred
- Experience with post-operative care for orthopedic and spine patients
- Excellent compassion, teamwork, and communication skills
- Ability to work night shift schedules and weekend coverage
- Experience with electronic health record documentation preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality bedside care to Med/Surg patients with orthopedic and spine needs
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and support recovery plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and support team members to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record using Meditech
- Support patient safety, mobility, and post-surgical recovery initiatives
- Deliver compassionate patient care while promoting a positive patient experience
- Adapt to unit needs, including rotation floating and scheduled weekend coverage
