Job Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
• Minimum 1 year of recent registered nurse experience preferred; emergency department nursing experience strongly preferred
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process in the Emergency Room
• Perform thorough patient assessments, including history, vital signs, labs, and diagnostic data
• Develop and implement care plans in coordination with the physician and interdisciplinary care team
• Administer medications and support safe, effective patient care in a high-acuity setting
• Maintain accurate documentation while protecting patient confidentiality
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support a culture of patient safety, professionalism, and teamwork
