This 13-week night assignment for an experienced NICU Registered Nurse offers the opportunity to care for medically fragile newborns in a collaborative neonatal intensive care unit with strong multidisciplinary support.

- Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,680 - $1,770

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for the state of assignment
- Level III or higher NICU experience required; 2 years or more preferred
- NRP certification required
- STABLE and NIC-RNC preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and calm decision-making in high-acuity neonatal care settings
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Comfortable floating to Pediatrics, PICU, and Mother Baby (babies only) as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, developmentally appropriate care to critically ill and premature newborns
- Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition in a high-acuity NICU environment
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the care team to support optimal neonatal outcomes
- Deliver care across a range of acuity levels, including 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, and 1:4 assignments
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the EMR
- Support unit workflow, safety standards, and family-centered care practices
- Float to approved pediatric areas when assigned and within scope of practice
