Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred, ideally in an operating room, surgical services, or perioperative setting
• Experience supporting perioperative workflows and patient safety practices
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures
• Assist with operating room workflow and maintain a safe, organized clinical environment
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team members
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support efficient surgical case preparation, turnover, and patient flow
• Follow clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection prevention practices
• Deliver compassionate care that supports positive patient experiences
