Job Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
- Current Registered Nurse certification or clinical experience in Labor & Delivery
- Ability to provide safe, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced maternity setting
- Strong communication, assessment, and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work scheduled 12-hour day shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
- Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout the labor and delivery process
- Support patients and families with education, reassurance, and advocacy
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
