Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Critical Care, ICU, or progressive care experience required
• BLS and ACLS required
• Experience with IV starts, lab draws/sample collection, and titrating critical drips
• Intermediate familiarity with telemetry, stepdown, or medical intermediate care patient populations preferred
• Travel RN experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and deliver strong patient-centered care
• Completion of pre-start compliance requirements and modules before assignment begins

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for cardiac stepdown and IMCU patients requiring close observation and clinical support
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes promptly, and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Titrate critical drips and support treatment plans under established protocols
• Perform IV starts and collect labs/specimens as needed
• Support safe, efficient care delivery across assigned night shifts in an acute care setting
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
• Maintain a professional, flexible approach in a fast-paced hospital environment
