Overview
This 13-week travel nursing assignment offers 12-hour night shifts in a well-established ICU environment. It is a strong fit for a skilled ICU RN who is comfortable floating to Stepdown/PCU as needed and ready to support a collaborative clinical team.

- Weekend/Holiday Expectations: Every 3rd weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU RN experience required
- Active Missouri RN license or compact RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Experience with CTS and neuro patients preferred
- TNCC preferred
- Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center preferred
- New graduates will not be considered
- Comfortable learning and using Altera Sunrise EMR
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond appropriately in a high-acuity critical care environment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery
- Provide care for ICU patients, including those with complex neurological and thoracic surgery needs
- Float to Stepdown/PCU when assigned
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical best practices
- Participate in orientation and unit-based training to ensure a smooth transition into the role
