• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Shift Duration: 12 Hour Nights
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,990 - $2,090
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Some holidays required
• Call: None
• Orientation: Comprehensive orientation provided before unit placement
• EMR: Altera Sunrise

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS required
• NIHSS required
• Telemetry experience required, including familiarity with Amiodarone, Cardizem, Heparin, and Nitroglycerin
• Progressive Care, Step-Down, and ICU experience preferred
• TNCC required only for ICU candidates
• New graduates are not accepted
• Comfort working in a floating role based on skill set and unit needs

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to adult med/surg and telemetry patients
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Administer medications and manage common telemetry-related therapies
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient outcomes
• Float to assigned units based on skills, staffing needs, and patient care requirements
• Document accurately in the EMR and maintain strong charting standards
• Support a patient-centered, team-oriented care environment
