Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license at the time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department or ER RN experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Experience caring for pediatric patients and comfort working them into your assignment ratio
• Up-to-date resume and skills checklist matching the emergency nursing specialty
• Ability to include all requested time off at the time of submission

• Provide skilled, efficient nursing care in a high-acuity emergency department setting
• Assess, triage, and stabilize patients of all ages presenting with urgent and emergent needs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support timely care decisions
• Monitor patient status, administer treatments, and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Support safe, compassionate patient care in a busy ER environment
• Adapt to a fast-moving workflow while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment
