• Schedule: Flexible unit schedule supporting 8- to 10-hour and 20- to 25-hour coverage needs
• Experience: At least 1 year of RN experience required

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in Women’s Health, OB/GYN, labor and delivery, postpartum, or a related acute care setting
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing healthcare environment
• Commitment to patient-centered, family-focused nursing care

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, attentive nursing care to Women’s Health patients and families
• Support stabilization and improvement of unit operations during a period of transition
• Collaborate with leadership and the care team to promote a positive patient experience
• Assist with recruiting and retaining staff through strong teamwork and professionalism
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow best practices in patient care
• Contribute to a supportive, high-performing Women’s Health care environment
