Job Requirements

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and maintain a reliable schedule
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
• Comfortable providing care in a fast-paced inpatient rehab and Med/Surg environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing care to Med/Surg patients
• Assist with patient assessments, documentation, and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications and support treatment plans according to scope of practice
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes
• Support patient safety, comfort, and recovery throughout the shift
• Maintain accurate charting and follow established clinical protocols
