Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) – Travel Nurse Assignment in Bentonville, Arkansas

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,840 - $1,940
• Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, in the heart of northwest Arkansas, known for its welcoming community, vibrant downtown, and access to outdoor recreation

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Experience in postpartum care and antepartum nursing
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NRP certification
• Fetal monitoring certification
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced patient care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery, obstetrics, and maternal health units
• Support antepartum and postpartum patients with skill, compassion, and attention to detail
• Monitor fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care team members to deliver safe, coordinated patient care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly in the medical record
• Promote a positive, reassuring patient experience for mothers and families throughout the birthing process
