Job Requirements

  • Active Arizona RN license
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • At least 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
  • Cerner experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and confidence in a high-acuity critical care environment
  • Flexibility to float as needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond quickly to evolving needs
  • Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and support complex care plans
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, effective treatment
  • Document patient care accurately and maintain strong clinical communication
  • Support a professional, patient-centered environment focused on excellent outcomes
