Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a high-acuity acute care environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff
• Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to clinical protocols
• Document assessments, care provided, and patient responses accurately
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, timely treatment
