Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 5 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• Current ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced ER environment
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills
• Comfortable caring for patients across the full age spectrum

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to patients with a wide range of emergency conditions
• Perform core ER nursing skills including phlebotomy, IV insertion, EKGs, splinting, wound care, and patient transport
• Assess patients quickly and prioritize care based on acuity
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to support efficient patient flow and positive outcomes
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on patient-centered emergency care
