Travel Med/Surg Tele RN Job – 12-Hour Night Shift in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas

Join a supportive Med/Surg Tele team in the scenic Hot Springs National Park area of Arkansas. This Travel RN assignment offers registered nurses the chance to deliver excellent patient care in a fast-paced 40-bed Med/Surg telemetry unit while working alongside a collaborative clinical team.

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg or Med/Surg Tele experience; 1-2+ years preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work effectively in a 1:6 patient ratio environment
• Comfort with floating to similar units as needed
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside nursing care for adult Med/Surg and telemetry patients
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and escalate concerns promptly
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in Meditech
• Support a positive patient experience while maintaining safe and efficient unit flow
