• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130

• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts

• Weekend Coverage: Required

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required before start
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing and/or critical care experience required
• Previous full-time experience preferred; PRN-only experience will not be accepted
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• TNCC and NRP required
• Experience in a high-acuity emergency, trauma, or acute care setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work variable start times and support weekend coverage

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency patients across all age groups
• Assess, triage, and stabilize patients with a wide range of medical, trauma, and critical care needs
• Respond quickly to changing patient needs in a busy, high-volume Emergency Department
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support timely care and patient transfers when needed
• Deliver safe, compassionate care for patients experiencing cardiac, neuro, and major trauma emergencies
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices in emergency nursing
• Support a patient-focused environment while adapting to fast-paced workflow demands
